COPYRIGHT & DMCA POLICY

You retain 100% ownership of:

• audio files you upload to the Service;
• processed outputs generated for your account, including mastered files, mixed files, stems, and separated outputs; and
• any compositions, lyrics, performances, arrangements, or recordings that you own and include in your source material.

Funk House Production LLC does not claim copyright ownership, publishing rights, neighboring rights, royalty entitlements, or participation interests in your outputs by default.

We use your audio and related files only as necessary to provide the Service, including temporary storage, audio processing, quality-control checks, troubleshooting, file delivery, and security operations. This limited operational use does not transfer ownership to us.

We do not use your uploaded audio or final outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models unless you separately and expressly opt in through a written agreement or a clearly labeled product consent flow.

You are solely responsible for confirming that you have all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and clearances for any material you upload, including samples, compositions, beats, vocal recordings, cover-song elements, sound recordings, instrumental stems, images, and other third-party content.

Subject to any third-party rights already embedded in the material you upload, you may commercially release, distribute, stream, license, sell, and otherwise exploit the outputs generated for your account without paying royalties to Funk House Production LLC.

If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@funkhouseproductions.com with the following information:

• identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
• identification of the allegedly infringing material and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it;
• your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
• a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If your content is removed in response to a copyright notice and you believe the removal was mistaken or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notification as permitted by law. We may restore the material if the applicable legal process allows.

We may suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeated or serious intellectual-property violations.

While you own your uploads and outputs, Funk House Production LLC retains ownership of the Service itself, including its software, site design, branding, AI workflows, algorithms, engineering pipeline, and related intellectual property, excluding your content and outputs.
