3.3 Payment Information
Payment card and wallet transactions may be processed by third-party processors such as Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not need to store full payment card numbers to operate the Service.

5. Audio Files, Output Files, and AI Data Practices
5.1 Processing Your Audio
We process your uploaded audio solely to provide the Service you request, such as analysis, stem separation, mixing, mastering, and file delivery.
5.2 Ownership and Control
You retain ownership of your uploaded audio and your outputs. Our handling of your content does not transfer ownership to us.
5.3 No AI Model Training Without Consent
We do not use your uploaded audio or final outputs to train, fine-tune, or improve AI models unless you separately and expressly consent in writing or through a clearly labeled opt-in flow.
6. Retention of Audio and Account Data
6.1 Audio Retention Window
User-uploaded audio files may be automatically deleted within seventy-two (72) hours after processing completion unless a longer retention period applies to your plan or you explicitly request storage.
6.2 Outputs and Project Data
We may retain output files, billing records, and account-level information for longer periods as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, or enforce agreements.
6.3 Deletion Requests
Where legally required or contractually offered, we will honor valid deletion requests subject to backup, security, fraud-prevention, legal-hold, and compliance requirements.
7. Security Measures
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. These safeguards may include encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access controls, logging, monitoring, and least-privilege practices. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell your uploaded audio to third parties. We do not share your audio for AI model training absent express opt-in consent.

You may be able to control certain cookie behaviors through your browser or device settings, although disabling some technologies may impair functionality.
